Cancellation/Short Notice Policy
Our office ensures that our patients’ time is booked and set aside accordingly. This allows our staff and dentists to treat and give the best medical care. We understand that your time is valuable to you, and to respect your time and that of other patients, our office requires TWO BUSINESS DAY notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. If we do not receive notice a fee of $75.00 will be charged.
This excludes any surgeries/sedation appointments, our office requires TWO WEEK NOTICE for cancellations/changes. If we do not receive notice a fee of $175.00 will be charged.

No Show Policy
After careful consideration, our office is now implementing that if there is a repeat pattern of missed and short notice cancelled appointments, we will unfortunately have to dismiss the patient. This of course only includes an extensive history of making appointments and not attending them and excludes any appointments that were missed for medical purposes/extreme circumstances that arise ex; sickness/accidents/extreme weather. We as an office will try to be as understanding as possible. However, our office reserves the right to dismiss any patient that does not follow our policies.
